Dr. Mulvenna came highly recommeded to me by a friend so I made an appointment. Due to the unpredictable rush hour traffic, I gave myself 45 minutes to make the 8 or so mile trip to the office. When I realized I was going to be late, I called the office to let them know and ask if the doctor could still see me. I was then put on hold and because I was so close to the office I hung up. Upon entering the office, the first thing I saw was the receptionist, Denise Wilson. I told her my name and my appointment time and she immediately said that the doctor wouldn't see me because I was late. At that point I was 15 minutes late. I apologized for being late and explained the traffic situation and my ignorance about how long it might take me to get to the office. The receptionist said that "the problem" was that the paperwork would take AT LEAST 15 minutes and then I would be 30 minutes late for my appointment. She was extremely unpleasant and rude from the moment I walked in the door. She offe
