I’m glad yellow pages recommended me to these contractors. They resurfaced my steps for a great price, and they had an excellent crew of two working men who are very detailed with my front steps. I am glad I chose them in the long run and recommend Carmen and sons Concrete for steps.

Recommend them highly for their efforts. They replaced my sidewalk in rather quickly. The job was finished professionally.

They did an impressive job on my patio and driveway section. They installed crates to stop the water from accumulating. The concrete looks great and the work was done fast. I would highly recommend them and use them again for their services. They are highly trained and detailed in their work.

Proper company to hire if you want the job done right the first time. They installed a new patio in the back of my home and I am very pleased. The job came out excellent and the class of men where professional. The company told me I had to wait for the cold weather to settle for a few weeks if winter isn’t around the corner. So when it came to these 40-50 degree days they knocked the job out. Very fast and honest, that’s what I respect from a business, there loyalty.

Carmen and Sons concrete expertise was fine, very little communication was needed. They handled the project since they are pros/ professionals. They came out and pitched me a price and I took them on there offer after two weeks. I looked at there reviews and they had many great pictures of their work. The reviews where good, a lot of 5 star ratings. They respected my time and got the job done promptly.

I am impressed with there service, they did an outstanding job on my mother's steps. Job was done rather quick and communication was excellent. They did all the paperwork for my mother's house, including permits plus certificates for her townhouse. I recommend to the Chicago public for there construction service. I super glad we got the job done right in time before this first snow fall.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful of potential customers time. Made several appointments on two separate occasions and they never show up! When I call to verify they are in route, they will not answer your call or texts. I made several special trips to the property to give them the opportunity for work but only wasted hours of time instead.

I highly recommend anyone find a professional company and skip these jokers.

Out standing work on my 5 steps I recommended Carmen & Sons to my cousin. Did what I wanted and was out within the same week. I believe there helping my cousin with his steps and sidewalk. Had other contractor give me a bid and I went with Carmen since Ive seen there work a couple of times on my street/ block.

They did my sidewalk about 15 years ago and I called them back this year. They repaired and sealer my sidewalk once again, good job as as before. Same workers just older.
Call them back in another 15 years or hopefully longer.

Carmen & Sons helped my wife and I out with our steps. They were cracked, and green looking. I signed a contract with them and my wife scheduled a day for them to do the work. Within a week or so their men/ crew came out and did the special repair work in 3-6 hours max. Cleaned car and very persistent, they didn't even want a drink.

I just wished I seal our steps, maybe next spring.

I hired them a couple years back around 2010, didn't know other concrete companies at the time. Professional work, and defiantly were experience in what they were doing. Never doubted them from day one. They resurfaced my patio for my house and 3 years later I recommended them to my son. They repaired his steps and walkway. He was glad I referred him.
