I worked with Lisa Gordon (BFF Personal Training) for over a year usually meeting once a week on Saturdays. The sessions went well until she became unreliable and could not fulfill the last contract we signed. She informed me that she would no longer be able to train on Saturdays (our primary day). This would have been fine if she trained evenings or Sundays. She was unwilling to do either. She told me she would be able to meet every 3rd Saturday. I had five sessions left and agreed to her terms. I asked her to give me a list of dates. A few weeks went by and she still had not scheduled any sessions with me. I told her that I didn't think she could fulfill our contract and asked for a refund. She informed me that there were no refunds. At this point, I just wanted to finish the sessions or get my money back. I decided that I needed to meet with her weekday mornings at 6:00 a.m. I set up a list of dates which she agreed to. The first session came and went. She didn't show up or call to cancel. She finally agreed to give me a refund. She supposedly attempted to do a partial credit reversal. I contacted her over a four week period before she claimed bank and system problems. I then suggested a check via certified mail. She said she would go that route and even told me she would go to the post office that weekend. It's been a total of six weeks and I have not received a refund. She's unreliable and unprofessional. She's lied, made excuses and kept my money. I suggest you find another trainer.

I am a client of Lisa of BFF Personal Training. I love the convienence of her coming to my home and helping me get in to shape. she also has great hours for me as a stay at home mom I need to have my workout done by the time my kids wake in the morning. Everytime she comes over she has a different routine for me which makes it fun,never boring and makes time fly. She uses whatever equipment you have in your home and also brings her own. Everytime she leaves I always joke she really kicked my butt today! (In a good way) I feel Lisa is a great trainer!
