They are the worst company I ever dealt with. My car is still in the shop from June 16. Total waste of space they need to be closed down!!!!!!!

They are the worst insurance company I have ever encountered! I'm going to report them in hopes they get closed down and stop ripping people off. I had full coverage on my auto mobile for 2 years. Unfortunately, my vehicle caught on fire (reason unknown) and caused part of my aunts house to get damaged. During the whole claim process they verbally told me both, my car and aunt's house, would be covered. Eventually, they covered my car but refused to cover the damage to the house. They verbatim stated, "the insured (me) had no prior knowledge her vehicle would start on fire" as the reason of denial to cover damages. My question is, who would drive a car knowing it's going to start on fire? When I called to complain they said they weren't going to cover because I didn't intentionally cause the damage. Again, why would anyone intentionally cause their family's property to set on fire or intentionally cause an accident/damage period? I would not recommend this insurance company to my worst enemy. I literally made an account with YP just to write a review and warn others about this horrible company. And as for Apollo, you have have a severe case of karma coming your way.

This is not a place you'd want to do business. If you're involved in an accident with someone insured through them go through your insurance agent. It's not worth the aggravation. Expect to be on hold for at least an hour if you're lucky and if you get disconnected during a call don't expect them to call you back.

Delphi is currently trying not to pay out a claim in which their insured driver hit my car - with an eyewitness who gave his testimony onsite to the police officer who wrote up the report. Delphi's response? They need his direct testimony. They say they keep calling him, and he doesn't respond. That is a lie, as I have spoken with him myself and he assured me that wasn't the case. DO NOT use this company. If you have to file a claim with them, be prepared for a long, uphill battle full of lies and excuses. And get the IL State DOI involved. The more they hear about unscrupulous business practices like the ones these guys use, maybe they will finally do something about them. Have to give at least one star rating or the review won't post. Otherwise - they would be getting negative stars from me.

PLEASE don't ever use this insurance company if you have a choice. They don't even deserve a '1 start rating'. File a claim through your own insurance company if you have that choice. By far the worst customer service, rude people ( especially Tanya), I will not go as far as mentioning her full name, but she is a terrible person and I can tell why she works for a bad insurance company. The guy hit my parked car, yet they had to investigate if it really was his fault! They stall forever and once they make any progress, they continue to make up other excuses. I finally got to a stage where they estimated my damages and they found a way to "...." me some more. the estimates I got on my own far exceeded the estimate they performed. The lowest estimate I got was 400% more than what they offered to give me, but they continue to argue and yell that they would not do anything more. Story to be continued....

Worst Insurance company, they just rip off people's money!!

If you have to summit a claim with them hire a lawyer, that's the best way because with companies like this one, you don't have other choice. They don't deserve a star!!
