The clutch cable snapped on my 2014 Honda CBR500R early in the morning on my way to work. I called the DSP Honda, a certified Honda Motorcycle dealer, to order a clutch cable and i was told that it was on back order. When i told Taylor my predicament, he proceeded to tell me about Albrecht's Fast Track and how he used them personally when he could not get anything through the dealer. So i called them and was told to ask for Dave. And all i have to say is THAT I FOUND MYSELF A REAL MOTORCYCLE REPAIR SHOP. I CALLED, I WAS TOLD THE PART WAS IN STOCK AND HE, EVEN THOUGH HIS SHOP WAS EXTREMELY BUSY, HAD IT INSTALLED FOR ME WHILE I WAITED! I AM HAVING MY MOTORCYCLE BEING SERVICED THERE AGAIN NEXT WEEK. THE PRICES ARE AMAZING AND THE PEOPLE ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS, KIND, AND GENUINELY INTERESTED IN THE SATISFACTION OF THE CUSTOMER. And me having once been in the mechanical repair buisness understand, appreciate, and know how hard a place like this is.

i dropped my bike and brought here for repair, also had a tune up done at the same time. they helped me repair dropped damages by uising used parts to save money. great job, i am very happy. thanks so much !!!!!

I made an appointment to have my cycle picked up at my home and taken to their shop for repairs. I made special arrangements to be available for the pick up. They did not show or call. Their total disrespect for my time is perhaps a predictor of their overall poor service.

My boyfriend & I go here once every year to buy a motorcycle. They are very good at what they do in the shop.
