Villa Des Moines Apartments

My brother lives in these apartments. They are average in quality. Parking is limited and it is close together. The apt looks nice. It has new cabinets and carpet. Walls are thin though and the people downstairs smoke and it carries into the upstairs apt. The people who work in the office are very helpful and sweet. I would live here except they have a cat only policy.
