Dr. Brown is a phenomenal, genuine doctor who is independent from "networks" and "groups", leaving him uncorrupted or tainted by corporations. He is such a rare find these days. I feel very fortunate to have found him when I moved here 5 years ago. I needed help with pain management and Bio Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy.He's the best of both worlds of natural and modern medicine. He has many alternative medicine therapies that are incredibly effective. He even offers meditation groups. He's kind, he's has a great sense of calm, he's compassionate and the best doctor I've ever had in my 55 years. Everyone in the office is incredible at what they do including the receptionist. He truly cares about your entire health, being mind, body and soul if you so choose. He's my "Marcus Welby MD" and then some! Dr. Brown and all at Marina Medical are the absolute best.

I had seen this Urgent Care facility many times (I have my Nails done across the parking lot ). Anyway, I came down with some funky bug, & after 2 days of misery, I decided to go there for help. I was a walk in. EVERYONE was so kind and sweet & polite, it was a shock to me. Dr. Steneker was an amazing delight. Very kind and understanding, plus he had a great since of humor. He prescribed some meds & I'm on the road to recovery. I loved this place, and would HIGHLY recommend Marina Medical to anyone.

Dr Brown earned my respect very quickly on our first meet. He asks the right questions and is one of the better listeners that I have ever seen in a doctor. I would recommend him to all of my family and my friends. Dr Brown is smart and has been around for a long while, I trust him completely.

Marina Medical is one of if not the very best clinics that I have been to. The staff is friendly well trained and helpful. I fully recommend them to family and friends.

I have had many great Doctors that have helped me over the years from cancer chemo radiation days to severe back injuries, fibromyalgia, and every spine joint issue one can imagine. Moving to Des Moines, WA and hearing about Dr. Brown and Marina Medical Clinic, I decided to make an appointment. I was hoping to find a Doctor that cared about my continued journey to a healthier life style. The moment I walked into the Clinic and met Dr Brown and Dr Steneker and the Professional Caring Staff, I noticed how clean the clinic was and how warm and comfortable I felt. (which is unusual for me because of anxiety issues) I have worked in the medical field for 35 years, I can pick up on medical people that truly care and are empathetic; and/or a medical environment where one is just another patient with another health issue. To my surprise, I walked into a modern clinic with high tech equipment, many exam rooms and one unbelievable meditation room that made me feel so peaceful as I sat one day for an infusion for my osteoporosis. I believe I have found one of the best places of not only highly qualified professional care but a medical staff that is intelligent and intuitive that will address all my health issues. I am so impressed with this clinic that I am anxious to sign up for their yoga, meditation, and nutrition classes. My appointment was with Dr. S Steneker. What a thoughtful non judgmental Doctor. Tell me where you can find a Doctor like that any more?! So I encourage you to take a chance like I did and make an appointment. I am sure, you also, will feel the same professional caring as I did. (I might even get back to the things I use to do when I was younger :o)

This is the place to come for compassionate and honest care! This is where people (young, old, well or ill) come to feel listened to without feeling judged. This is a medical clinic where the patient leaves feeling much better than when they entered. The physicians here truly look out for their patients, and only want what is best for them, and that often means tailoring their treatment plan to the individual patient. Every body is unique, therefore every treatment is different!

Dr. Michael Brown has helped to save my life and I have referred many people with chemical dependency issues and he's helped everyone I've referred. I've been through many ups and downs but marina medical and their staff have stood beside me the whole time. I've never felt judged nor looked down upon. Dr. Michael C. Brown and his phenomenal staff have been a tremendous part of my recovery from chronic pain over the last several years. I was referred into his office by two other leading pain management doctors, both unable to help me. I had all but given up by that time, the pain had controlled me, destroying all joy and happiness. Dr. Brown, in the field for many many years, took a gentle, caring yet firm approach on the best route for treating my pain. His confidence and best practices were evident early on. Since my first visit to his office back in 2010, I was able to get my health and happiness back, learn the importance of diet and nutrition, go back to school, earn a masters, start a company,meet my beautiful fianc, and most importantly, navigate through life in firm control of my pain, it not controlling me!!!
