This business deserves ZERO rating, but this site wouldn't let me post unless i gave one. Stay far away from this place! First, since when do dentist offices have bugs running through them?! I had been having tooth pain in a tooth that was half there (the inner side cracked off a year ago). I have had this pain before and I could tell them that it was an exposed nerve. I hate going to the dentist or doctor and don't unless I am in extreme pain and can no longer take it. I called, they said that if I got there before Tina Hoang was finished with her current patient that I could be a walk-in. I was x-rayed and told that I have an infection at the root in the gum and needed an extraction and to cap the two teeth next to it. They showed me that it was going to cost over $200 just for the extraction and another $2070 for a retainer to cover that area plus the other two teeth (I have no insurance - can't afford it). They asked if i wanted the tooth extracted today and i said yes, I'm i a lot of pain, but I don't have $200 right now, but I could pay $100. They sent me away with two prescriptions and no extraction because I couldn't pay in full - one prescription is for the pain (vicodin) and one for the infection (amoxicillin). I took both at 5:15pm - the bottles say take every six hours - the vicodin wore off after an hour and the pain is enormous. I took 1000mg of a different pain killer, and went to bed, but it didn't work and I am here, awake, in major pain, writing this review. What is wrong with these people? It is after 10pm and i am in tears, searching the internet for a 24/hr - emergency dentist. I've called and left messages for two with no response--so much for 24 hour service! Is this what society and businesses are coming to - all about nothing but the money...people and doing the right thing just don't matter anymore; it's all about the all-mighty dollar!

SO MY MOM WENT TO THIS OFFICE TO GET A CLEANING AND SHE WAITED FOR E VER TO BE SEATED. ONCE IN THE CHAIR SHE WAITED A LONG TIME FOR THE DENTIST TO SHOW UP AND DO HER JOB. WHEN MY MOM WAS GETTING HER TEETH CLEANED THE DR. EXPOSED ONE OF HER NERVES LEAVING HER WITH MAIN FOR MONTHS.MY MOM DID NOT THINK THAT IT WAS THE TOOTH THAT WAS HURTING. WHEN SHE WENT TO THE HOSPITAL THINKING SHE HAD AN EAR INFECTION..... THE DOTORS DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE HAD... SO MY MOM NOT KNOWING WHAT IT WAS WENT BACK TO GET HER WISDOM TEETH OUT AND THE SAME DR.LEFT A ROOT IN SIDE... SO LATER ON MY MOMS PAIN GROWING SHE KEPT ON GOING TO THE HOSPITAL.... THEY TOLD HER THAT SHE SHOULD GO WITH THE A DENTIST AND LET THEM TAKE A LOOK AT HER.... MY MOM WAS CONFUSED NOT KNOWING THAT IT WAS HER MOUTH THAT WAS COUSING ALL THE TROUBLE... SO SHE GOT A PANO AND THEY SAID THAT SHE HAD A ROOT AND A EXPOSED NERVE.... NOW MY MOM IS PAYING ALOT OF MONEY DUE TO ABC DENTISTRY..... MY MOM IS IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING THEM TO COURT... SHE SAYS ITS UNFAIR THAT SEH HAD TO PAYS SO MUCH MONEY BRCOUSE OF THEM..





ALSO THEY TREAT YOU BAD BECOUSE YOU HAVE DSHS BUT ITS THEM WHO CHOOSE TO HAVE IT SO THEY SHOULD DEAL WITH IT...



I AM LETTING YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS THIS PLACE IT HORRIBLE.....DONT GO THERE.!!!!

Filthy, rude cesspool of a place.



It was hot, dirty and a factory.



Vicki the nurse was rude, demoralizing and said i wasted my life by getting help from the state.

The phillipino receptionist was also rude.



The doctor i saw said 2 words to me, that was it, i was seen in between a child even though i made the appointment 1 week and a half before i needed it.



i was saying OW when she extracted my tooth and she didnt care, she just kept jamming the tool in there, then i heard a crunch!



i was terrified and in pain for over a week and they left the root in there!





do not ever go here, i am still scared to even drive by the place.
