I went to the store on Ingersoll. What a disaster.I bought some rather pricy frames and lenses I expected some service. What I got was fleeced for every dime. FIrst the frames were defective. When I complained they bent the frames into an odd shape and told me to try it out for a few days. WHen I returned they charged me a 10 dollar warranty fee to have them replaced. I also noticed that the 90 dollar transition treatment i paid for was not on my lenses. (Which is really bad since they make the lenses right there). I complained and they took another 2 weeks to make new lenses. Once I got my new lenses they didn't fit the frames and stuck out in the middle. It was terrible. I complained and they tried to tell me that is how it was supposed to be. After intensive internet searching and going to other stores I confirmed that you are not supposed to be able to see out between your lens and the frames. I tried to fix it and the frame broke.(my bad) I took them back and they charged me for a complete new frames. Once I got those back with the lenses I left at the store, they gave me back the glasses and the lenses were so scratched up I couldn't see out of them. I complained and they told me I must have given the lenses to them like that and charged me to replace the lenses....!!! I wound up paying for 2 complete sets of glasses because of their incompetence and lack of customer service. NEVER GO HERE EVER. RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!

I called to make an appointment as a first-time patient there. The lady was so rude on the phone and was not helpful at all. I actually apologized for "inconveniencing her", because that's how she made me feel! I canceled my appointment and found a much friendlier business to help me out.

Customer service

I recently purchased 2 new pair of eyeglasses from Whylie, Eye Care Center. I am thrilled with the service I received, attention to smallest of details, having access to the latest technology to have the best vision possible, and walking out "fashion forward "Wish I would have found thus place years ago!!As far as the review complaining of the jingle,...Petty, petty, petty. Sad for you.

the jingle is so BAD

I wouldn't give them my business because I about throw up when I hear that LAME jingle on TV...."You gotta have you gotta have those Wylie eyes." Help, where's the knife...put me out of my misery!!!!!!!!!!!!
