It's OK. The attendant was helpful. The only problem that I had was the large Maytag dryer on the end (closest to the restrooms) did not heat. I suggested they put a sign on it so people would know not to use it, but the attendant said the owner wouldn't allow a sign. Apparently, the owner doesn't believe there is a problem. The attendant calls that machine the ghost dryer because it only works if someone is watching it. She showed me how it would turn on if she opened the "employees only" door and I pushed the button that starts it. Perhaps there's some sort of airflow problem that is solved when the door is open. Anyway, she gave me some quarters to make up for the ones I wasted, and I moved my comforter to another machine.

if I could give this laundromat 0 stars I would. I went in with my two small children because my husband was working late and I had about 8 loads of laundry to do which I was getting done within the hour. The lady that was working at the laundromat was trying to discipline my children instead of talking to me about it first. My children were being children pushing the cart around in circles but not hurting anyone and the place was basically empty. She said it said on the wall that you couldn't do that but it does not say that it says you may not ride in the cars were on the tables are on the machines with my children we're not doing. A better way to handle it would have been to talk to me and asked me to ask my children not to do whatever it was that was bothering her instead she took it upon herself to discipline my children ages 5 and 18 months on her own. The machines suck they didn't clean my clothes neither the high efficiency machines nor the regular washing machines did any good. I spent $40 I went home with wet clothes. I should have never gone into the building when I saw the guy with the scruffy mustache and beard on a bicycle standing out front talking to the lady that was supposed to be working but was standing outside smoking.I almost didn't go in because I thought the guy was homeless and was going to hit me up for money and I was worried about the safety of my children. The lady working there told me that it wasn't her rules it was the owners rules and the owner is a b**** . I will never be back and I would like the owner to call me.
