My daughter's softball team was in Des Moines for a tournament on the hottest week of the year. We stayed in a hotel without guest laundry. We had to get our girls' uniforms cleaned after a long day at the field. I called the Wash House and talked with Michelle. She was so kind and stayed after her normally scheduled work hours to wash the uniforms. The laundry was so nice and fresh when we picked it up. Even the girls commented on how nice the uniforms smelled. Michelle went above and beyond to keep us in clean uniforms that week. The laundromat was clean and very well maintained. I highly recommend this laundromat.

I would tell my best friend to be watching out for some old guy who can not hear nor see. He tried to take my laundry and he got into my face. I went to the person who was watching over the place and she said that she could not do anything about this person. So I take my buiness elsewhere. At least I don't have to worry about some old person who would rather yell than look at what's he is doing.

The laundromat is clean and there are plenty of washers and dryers so you won't be waiting to wash your clothes. Right across from Dairy Queen and Schmitty's so you can't go wrong.
