I have a question. Why do you advertise so much about the "Helpful Smile in Every Aisle"? It has been my experience over the past few years that one is lucky if they can fine a person in any given aisle, let alone smiling. If you do find someone and ask about where a certain product might be, I generally get a wave of the hand and comment as to where the item may be. I have to laugh when I hear the helpful smile in every aisle slogan. I will say the cashiers are friendly and usually smiling. Another thing that bugs me greatly is the fact that they stack some food items so high I cannot reach them. Nor do they front the top shelves in any of the frozen food sections, I am short and have short arms. I usually ask another customer if they could get the item for me. I could stand there all day and never get a store employee to walk down the aisle.
