Great place to go for vacuum and sewing expertise and great place to shop for a vacuum and sewing...

They were able to quickly repair our old Hoover and the power head of our Beam central vac. Both are working just like new. Will definitely go back for all vacuum needs.Also happy to send business to a Des Moines Bucs sponsor.

I bought my first Riccar a couple years ago and I absolutely love it! I really like the fact that it is a product made in the USA and can take it in to the store and they know what I need and have the parts right there in the store. When it came time to get a new vacuum for my church that I help clean the first place I thought of was Windsor Vacuum because I knew that I would find what we needed for the job and they did. We bought a backpack vacuum for the santuary and a commercial Riccar for the office and classrooms and I love them both! I also bought a Royal Carpet cleaner for my home and I love it too. Now when someone I know is looking for a new vacuum I send them to Windsor Vacuum. I wish buying a car or a house was as easy as shopping at Windsor Vacuum!

These people are the BEST. They are so friendly and cost conscious. I will never use another vacuum repair place.

I love my Riccar vacuum cleaner! The suction is amazing and it makes cleaning so easy. I love the side hose attachment for hardwoood floors, furniture, steps, the car, etc. Also, two days for Christmas I needed the cord replaced (got sucked up, my fault), and they were able to replace and get it back to me the next day, on Christmas eve...which I was grateful for, as had a houseful of company coming, and needed to get the house looking good. Highly recommend this business!
