The store was closed due to owner having a surgery couple of days ago,I got hold of him on his personal phone explained that i need it help with something and that it was a emergency he met me there and helped me out as always and Jeff always gives me fair offers and prices

Never Rude to me. Always pleasant and easy to talk with. Nice to deal with even if not buying.

Clearly, no customer service skills or unskilled. Cannot visualize what a thin gold band might look like to give a quick very simple estimate. This tells me they are either inexperienced or just want people to come in so they can jack you.

These guys are the BEST. You can deal with them and there is NO MONKEY business. Straight shooters and HONEST. I have dealt with other shops in town. I have not since I met the guys at Pawn Store. Feel VERY CONFIDENT..

Best in the business. They treat customers with respect and go the extra mile. Far above any other shop in town
