A few years ago we purchased a boiler from different company. We could never quite get it working right and they proved to be little help. We decided to call Service Legends and have them look at it. The tech spent some time with it and got everything set the way it should have been in the first place. It was nice to finally have someone get it working right. Truly outstanding service, and next time we will absolutely call them again.

I recently had a tech. to my home for a routine service of both the ac and furnace and I am very happy with the service. It was the first time I used their services, but will not be the last.

The air flow in my house is so much better now! My furnace checked out ok and the tech even opened some closed vents which will save me money on both heating and cooling! He even wore shoe covers and left the house as clean as it was when he got there.

I was pleased with Joe, the employee who came to o a tune up for me. He did a thorough and professional job and explained things to me well. He did discover a problem and I will call the original installer to repair since it is still under warranty. I would use service legends again because Joe was so professional and helpful.

I was very impressed with the tech's knowledge and explanation of what he was doing and why. He was very thorough as well.

I've never seen a tech be so detailed and thorough in performing a check up and service, and then leave things cleaner than he found it! He also explained the available service plans with no pushing or pressure. I hope I get him next time!

Service Legends is a great place with very consistent professional service. I have had them out foe annual cleanings and they seem to have it down to a science and always have a smile as they are doing it. Very good work and company.

We had a new furnace installed in April as our existing one was 33 years old and on it's last legs. Your response time was great. We had an appointment time set in a timely manner and were able to do the install about a week later. The installation crew did a good job and were very friendly. We love the new furnace can have peace of mind that we will be able to stay warm this coming winter. The warranties were great too. We will definitely recommend your business to anyone we know that needs work done and will be considering your business when we can afford to replace our air conditioner too. Thank you! I received a new heating and cooling system about 4 years ago. They talked me into getting the electric filters b/c it would cut down on my dust and help my allergies. Now, I'm stuck having to purchase the electric filters through them and to get a reduced price, I have to become member of a club. This club is suppose to give me priority and I think a cleanings twice a year. Every time I call to get the filters, they are busy and say they will call back, only they do not call back. When I have called to get the unites cleaned I get the same story, they will have to call me back. In the four years I have had my units I think they have only been out ONCE to clean them and that was the year after they were installed. Even when I tried to call them back to remind them, I got the same story of "we will have to call you back" only to receive zero calls back. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of service that was to come with the warranty/membership.

In stating the above, its the way I felt after being visited by a service man that came out to check my air conditioner. I was in despair and felt dejected after the repairman could not emphasize more, how old my air conditioning unit and furnace were. I think I heard "29" years old so many times, and everytime with a snicker, that it made me feel like I had done something terrible. Of course, no repairs were possible, and my only choice was to set up an appointment with their specialists to buy new units. Needless to say, after paying 90$ to get a lecture, I went back to the yellow pages to find a shop with a little more compassion to my problem.
