My ten year old Dodge Caravan was in an accident and declared a total loss. I didn't want to give it up because it only had 59,000 miles on it. I went online to find a body shop, and Scotty's looked like it had a great reputation, and offered a lifetime warranty. Lou got me in quickly for an estimate, and they did the repairs in 4.5 days. The van looks and drives great. Everyone was super friendly, especially Lou. Scotty's also provided a rental car for a reasonable $25/day. I hope to drive my van for many years to come. I would highly recommend Scotty's to anyone.

Took my car in for a bumper replacement. Service was top notch! Repairs were done quickly and in the time frame given!

The really great guys at Scotty's on University have done wonders for me twice. First time I took my 2010 EVO X by the shop and they helped me with a terrific paint and pin-stripe scheme that made my EVO stand tall. Recently they helped me avoid hassles with the insurance company by giving me a terrific estimate AND speedy service on my 2016 Mustang. They will have my kudos and my business for years to come.

Scotty's did a great job on my car a few weeks ago. I went there stressed out and not knowing where to start in the process of fixing my car and Curtis took care of me right away and did a great job explaining everything to me. He did almost all of the communication with my insurance company for me. I was so worried about the cost of everything but they worked with me and it ended up being a much better experience than what I had originally anticipated. The car looks new again, thank you Scotty's! :)

I think most people can imagine what a 17 year old boys car looks like on the outside as well as on the inside. My son had a small dent on the front bumper of his Tahoe. We decided to have it fixed. When I drove the car to the shop, I was totally embarrassed by all of the clothes, trash, books and soccer gear that was thrown all over the back seat. The Tahoe was with the body shop for a day and a half and when we picked it up, it looked fabulous. The bumper was perfect and the car was so clean. I got in the car and drove off and then I saw the funniest thing ever. I looked in the back seat of my son's car and it was spotless. There were 3 perfect stacks in the back seat. One stack had all of his books, homework and binders. The second stack was all of his soccer gear. The third stack was all of his clothes perfectly folded. I laughed all the way home. This is service above and beyond what was expected. Thank you to the best body shop in town. I have never seen this truck look so great. I took at picture and I wish I could upload it.

I had 2 instances where I needed body work done as a result of a deer hit. This was almost 2 years ago. I just recently went back to the University location to have something looked at in the repaired area. Turns out the problem was not related to the work done previously, but the shop took the car in and repaired what was needed at no charge. Really great service!

Second time I've taken one of my vehicles downtown to Scotty's, both times now I have gotten my trucks back fixed,fresh, & ready to go with lifetime warrentys of the work done!! Wouldn't take mine any other place.. Great shop!

Our Milan was heavily damaged in the rear and Scotty"s made it look like new! Excellent customer service and superior work. Thank you.

My grandson was in an accident with our car. Scotty's dealt directly with the insurance company for the repairs. We received the car back earlier than was promised. And the car looked like it was a brand new car. The work was excellent quality and the customer service was out of this world.

I just got my daughter's car repaired at Scotty's. I have been taking my cars there for years and they are a great group of folks. I normally use the downtown location but went to University this time. It's easier to park and closer for me. The people were just as nice as the downtown location and they do a great job of keeping you updated on the status of the repair. I always go to Scotty's because a few years ago I had a dig in the cornor of my bumper and they said they might be able to pop it out if they applied some heat to it. They did that and charged me nothing so now I'm a permanent customer. I got their name from a friend who had the same experience. I love it when a small locally owned business does a great job and we have a forum like this where we can brag them up. Sharon Presnall

I had a car accident, it was raining and i lost control of my car doing 60mph. Scotty did a great job with everything that needed to be done to my toyota (and it was alot) I had a head trama, they helped me with car rental and so much more,they even cleaned my car in the inside after the accident, they where they most amazing body shop ever.

When our conversion van roof collided with a parking ramp ceiling, the crunch was gut-wrenching!!! You could plainly see the exposed interior! Scotty's Auto Body techs were so reassuring that anything inside would be checked out as well as making the outside of the "eggshell" look like new. Wow! It came home looking like new, the whole van!!! It was all polished up so shiny, and clearly showed the care they had given to make it right!!! Thanks, everybody!

I got backed into at a parking lot. I didn't have to keep after them to let me know when my car would be done because they always called to keep me updated.Scotty's had the insurance adjuster come out and do an estimate. I asked them to fix a broken tail light and broken antenna that was unrelated to the accident. They fixed the dent from the accident and the other repairs. It was quick and affordable. If I need work in the future I will go to Scotty's

They did an outstanding job repairing the rear-end damage I received from being, well, rear-ended. They called me with updates periodically, and ended up taking $100 off of the original bill and detailing my car for free, due to it taking a couple of days longer than they'd expected. I would recommend them anytime.

I had an incident where I was backing out of my garage and tore the mirror off the side of my car. It was a very unfortunate incident and i was worried about how to get it fixed and how much it was going to cost....i was referred to Scotty's on ingersol by a co worker and was amazed. I could not say anything better about the cutomer service and friendliness of the staff. They did great work and were very quick to get my car fixed. I was also surprised at the estimate...much better than other quotes I had received.

I had an incident where yellow paint used to stripe highways splattered the front of my car and windshield. From the time I got the estimate to getting my finished car back was about 11 days (they had the car to work on for five of those days). The staff there helped me work through the insurance company more quickly, arranged a rental car for me, and even gave me rides to work and to the airport. Very friendly and caring staff who understand the inconvenience of being without your car. The quality of the work was excellent and my nearly eight-year-old car looks almost new!

I was very pleasantly surprised. I had quote in hand within 5 minutes of arriving at the shop. They were all extremely kind, and accommodating to everything that I needed or asked them about. I found out they were a progressive "preferred shop" and once I got a case number they handled everything else. Scotty's told me to tell progressive I had an appointment with them at whatever time worked for me and they would work around my schedule to get my car fixed. I did just that and they were super great about everything. I dropped my car off on Monday at noon and they told me it would probably be the end of the week before I would be finished, but once again, the exceeded expectations and were done by the end of the work day on Wednesday. Not only was my car repaired, but it was also detailed inside and out. My car hadn't looked that good in years. Scotty's has definitely earned my repeat business and I wouldn't hesitate to refer everyone I know to have their car repaired there.
