If I could give it minus 10 stars I would. The person who came to check my furnace obviously didn't care and/or know what he was talking about. I have seen more action from people in zombie movies, and more interest in helping a customer. When this turkey left, he left the filters and door of the furnace on the floor instead of putting them back, probably miffed because I turned down the generous offer of $3000 for a new furnace. I called Schaal and let them know of my anger, and told them NEVER will I deal with them again. I can do better myself than these idiots. The person who answers the phone asks "how can we make your day better?" Make it better by calling another heating and cooling company. You'll avoid having a rotten day.
