This is the worst dry cleaning experience I've ever had! I took my down comforter in to be cleaned as it had a few spots that needed treated from pets. I paid $52 for the service. They never called me to tell me it was ready, as previous dry cleaners, have. When I brought it home I took it out of the plastic, excited to have a clean comforter again. Not a SINGLE spot was removed. The comforter feels rough now and is just as dirty as before. For $50, this is completely unacceptable. I tried to support a local business but will never go back and will warn others about the service. So disappointing.

The quality of service was terrible! LeeAnn is the most unprofessional individual I have encountered and does not care about customer satisfaction what so ever! She was extremely rude when I called about damage she had done to my daughters dress and she had a "too bad for you" attitude! The dress was also to be done April 10th, and after my 3rd trip in to get it, I was finally able to pick it up on April 16th. When I got home I realized all the damage and it was still not even clean. I would NOT recommend Presto Cleaners to anyone. Poor Quality, Workmanship and Extremely Poor Service!

My new wife took a $2000 wedding dress to Presto, which didn't give us a claim check. When we got the dress back, the day before the reception to which she was to wear it, it had turned yellow, had shrunk, and the fabric was destroyed. The owner (Judy) has been very rude in all attempts to have this matter resolved, making my wife much more upset than she had been when it was "just" $2000 at stake. If they can't dryclean silk, they should say it; if they have occasional problems, they should deal with them professionally and without further antagonizing their victims. Save yourself the heartache of dealing with this company.
