I appreciate it when they compare my rates with other companies and call to say they can save me money. I've had no complaints with them in over fifteen years of doing business. How many other companies can you say that about?

This agency has all the latest technical capability, but the owner of the agency and his staff make the big difference for me. When I call or need something it gets taken care of right away. Service after the sale is top notch. The other things I notice is that the owner is there everyday and his staff has been with him for a long time. When you call you get a real person who really wants to help you. This agency also has many insurance companies that they write for so they can always find the right fit.
