No matter when I call Metro or who they send over, the service is always the same..great! They are punctual when arriving and get the job done in a timely manner as well. Metro Heating and Cooling have trained service men who know what they're doing.

I have been able to rely on and trust Metro Heating and Cooling for so long now. I like the people who work for them, anyone who has serviced my calls is just phenomenal at what they do. You can tell that they are on top of things and know what they're doing.

I heard of Metro heating through a friend's referral and have stuck with them for the past 15 years or so.

I just built my house so I trusted a referral to have Metro Heating and Cooling do some work on my heat and ac. I was nervous but they did a wonderful job and displayed a high level of professionalism through out the project. Nice job thank you.

Our furnace was installed by Metro Heating and Cooling a while ago and any time we have a problem they come right over and fix it. The guys that have come for repairs are so polite. All in all they just do a good job and are very consistent.

The original contractor really messed up the heating and cooling system by oversizing the furnaces, taking short cuts on duct work, not hooking up some of the upstair returns and generally doing a sloppy job of installation. Metro Heating and Cooling worked with me over a period of two years to figure out how to resolve my issues with the least amount of wall and ceiling disruption. It took a while to get me comfortable with the work Metro recommended. Now that the job is done, I am amazed at how the duct work,and zoning system installed by Metro and the Aeroseal duct sealant completed by Inside Out Duct Sealing have changed the way my system works. The level of comfort in our home is great. I give Metro Heating and Cooling and Inside Out Duct Sealing an A+.

Our second story of our home was never the right temperature and very uncomfortable! We had several companies in the past come out to help with our "problem." Answers were always the same... shut doors and vents, this did not help! We then called Metro, they came out and recommended we zone our home. It worked!!! The cost was reasonable and much worth our comfort! I hightly recommend!The only place we will ever call again!

I called Metro Heating and Cooling on a Tuesday, Jim visited the home and produced a quote on Wednesday, and the energy efficient gas furnace was installed on a Friday. The technicians who performed the install (Jason and Steve) were very professional -- they arrived earlier than scheduled and completed the work they said they would get done. Jason even returned to make certain the sealant had cured properly. They get good marks.
