A fully Pet Friendly place.... Our Dog Moe Loves to get his Hair Cut there.. He Gets a lot of Love from the groomers.. We have taken Our Dog Other places Before this place and they burned him. This Location has never hurt Moe in any way and the Staff is really Friendly We will be there in a few day.. Can't wait for Moe hair and nails to get done...Thank youCJ & RJ

I would never recommend Flawless Paws Grooming Salon. I had scheduled to bring my dog in this past Saturday morning between 8-9am. I arrived at 8:15 to be greeted by a rude, unprofessional young lady who informed me that the lady who does the grooming was not in due to an emergency. I asked why I didn't receive a phone call and she said "that's why I'm here to tell people when they come in". I couldn't believe that I didn't even receive a phone call prior to driving there on a Saturday morning. She tried to reschedule me but said the only latest time on Monday was 3:00. I asked if 3:30 would work but she said that wouldn't give the groomer enough time. All I needed was a face trim and being that she completely blew off our original appointment, the least she could have done was made a special arrangement for me. I will take my business elsewhere and will let others know about this unprofessional grooming business.

I have had Brandie groom several of my dogs and she does such a great job! My male loves going there and runs in and jumps up on the grooming table waiting for her. She is very caring and I trust her with my dogs without a second thought!

I have at taken my dog Copperbear to Angie for 3 years. They a lays treat him good and I love the fact I can buy him treats when he is done. They are easy to work with and treat my dog like thier own. 2 locations makes it convenient also.

Flawless Paws was recommended to me by my dog trainer and I have always trusted her advise. My two german shephards are very well cared for and accomodated at Flawless Paws. They let them stay in the same kennel since my younger dog has separation anxiety. The cost is very affordable. The only issue I have ever had is getting an appointment at the last minute and that's on me not them. I plan to use their boarding services as well this summer.

I want to share a bad experience I had today with Flawless Paws Dog Groomers. I made an appointment with Angie to groom my dog, but when I arrived, Angie was not there. Instead, was another groomer. I specifically made the appointment with Angie, but okay, I explained that I would stay with my dog, as I have had bad experiences in the past with groomers traumatizing and nicking my dogs. This young groomer was curt, and uncaring. I asked how long it would take and she said 3 hours, since she had lots of other dogs scheduled! She said I could not stay. What the heck? Over booking and unprofessionalism? I cancelled and left. I then called Angie and told her that I was not happy with this situation. I explained, first of all, I made the appointment, over a month ago, specifically with her, not her helper. I also took off from work to bring my dog to this appointment and was not treated well. She told me that the new rules state that owners can not stay with their dogs. Really? How will we know our dogs are treated kindly? My overall experience with the unprofessional and uncaring attitude of Flawless Paws Grooming was a great disappointment and I would NOT recommend them. What a waste of time and frustration.
