If you are elderly or Female and not very knowledgeable of cars; BEWARE. This store has tried to take advantage of my wife several times, I have seen them try to upsell so many unnecessary things to elderly people. The store manager tried that to my wife once until I called him on the carpet after saying she needed work just done by their sister company Tires Plus. His excuse was well you didn't do it here. The woman, Montana, says things like you haven't changed your air filter in 5 yrs, I do it twice a year. And then told her she needed this thing tested and her reasoning was such a fairytale. If you like Firestone; go see Rick on Urbandale Ave by Target, but avoid these shysters
