On a Friday evening we called Mario to request a quote. Saturday morning he was a few minutes early for our established appointment. Mario climbed up and walked every section of our roof taking measurements. We selected our desired shingle color and Mario prepared his bid at the tail gate of his pick-up. He explained his bid and my wife and I said we would discuss it and let him know later in the day. It was a very pleasant experience with absolutely no pressure tactics. We accepted the offer by telephone a few hours later, and we worked out the job scheduling mutually satisfactory the same day. The job entailed tear down to bare roof and the professional application of roofing in accordance with city codes. Ice dam protection, a quality underlayment, and 29 squares of Corning shingles were laid. During the project, it was determined that one section of roof sheeting (24 sheets) should be replaced, and this was readily accomplished at very reasonable extra cost with no bargaining necessary. When a couple facia boards needed to be replaced to maintain the top quality appearance of the project, Mario just took care of it with no extra cost. The project would have been completed in one day if rain had not required a brief overnight interlude, but the unfinished areas were well covered with tarps. We are very satisfied with the final appearance of our roof, and we have to emphasize satisfaction with all phases of the project. This is a top-notch organization doing quality work with strong emphasis on customer satisfaction! We recommend them to all home owners.
