The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. Everyone is willing to help me when I have questions. They always have everything that I need for the care and maintenance of my pool and spa. I just had Dan schedule the first service on my 20 year old Sundance spa, I bought from them new 20 years ago. $300.00 in repairs ,My wife and I were thinking about buying a new one when we do it will be from Central Iowa Pool and Spa and will be a Sundance. Thanks for 20 years of great customer service 5 STARS

Buyer beware! After spending thousands of dollars with them as they assured me they could fix it, I still don't have a working swimming pool. Customer service isn't a priority for them.

Two yeas ago I was looking for a hot tub. I had just walked out of a store in Grimes because no one would help me. I came in to Central Iowa pool and spa and Eric was pleasent helpful and knew what he was talking about. We bought or first Hot tub that day and the company has a super service department. They even have people that put in the concrete for us. When the wife wanted a pool this year we went back to see Eric. Our pool was up and running in a couple days Thanks Bret and crew ! Wow we are customers for life! Thanks Central Iowa your the best. *****
