I brought in a jacket to have a patch put on and was promised by Wednesday. Picked up on Wednesday morning and it was done and very good job as well! Very impressed!

I received my bridesmaid dress shortly before my friend's wedding. I called Busy Bee Tailor on Saturday morning to ensure that they could shorten the straps of my dress by Thursday since the wedding was on Friday. I was assured that they could. When I took the dress in that Saturday, again I asked if they could have the dress ready for me on Thursday. Again, I was assured, yes, yes, we can get that done.

i stopped in Thursday at 5pm (they close at 6pm) and low and behold my dress had not been touched. She told me to wait 15 minutes and she'd get it done. Being that I was on my way to the rehearsal I told her that wouldn't work. She then changed it to ten minutes. Again, I told her that wouldn't work. She told me to stop in after the rehearsal dinner which was great but highly inconvenient. When I did pick up the dress she charged me full price. I told her that was upsetting since she really didn't have it done when she said she would. She told me about sometimes you're just so busy you forget things you need to get done. She told me she steamed it and normally that is $10 but she was giving me that for free even though i didn't request it. I will never go back there.

I have used Busy Bee many times and have always had great service. I will be making another trip there today for some more alterations and to have a zipper replaced. Beaverdaleblogger don't you realize what you did was slander? It's hard to put the words back in your mouth once they are out there for all to see. Shame on you.

Do not go here. Not only was the work they did terrible(took them two times to get it right), they lied about the price up until it was time to pay. We were told the alterations would cost between $50-$60 at most, and they charged $75 after it was all said and done. Go somewhere else where they will do the work right the first time and, not lie to you about the cost, and charge you a reasonable price for services provided. I would not reccommend this place to ANYONE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Busy Bee always does a wonderful job taking-in and hemming my jeans. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They even wait while I try on my jeans in their dressing room; I come out and show them where I want them to take them in in the waist, so it's perfect every time. I am an extremely satisfied and reoccurring customer!

SORRY about message under(( where I wrote as Blogger II) I couldn't remember my password that is why im using different name), I was angry with busy bee other day when I was there, so I made things like she ripped my buttons off, and that I got free service at Chong's tailor, the truth is that I was angry with Busy Bee and I wanted to show like I got better service somewhere else. All was lie, and I am sorry about this, Busy bee is very good tailor and I would recommend her to others, I just had bad encounter with her. Sorry about this ya'll..Good luck! I also want to say sorry with Owner of Chong's Tailor, who ever that is, to put her name in all of this mess, sorry you all!!!:)
