Thank you to Beckley Automotive Services for their outstanding service. I appreciate being able to take my vehicles to their shop knowing I will be treated fairly and honestly. Beckley Automotive Services is a rare find.

The staff here are very friendly. Every time I visit the person at the desk is very friendly and helps me with everything. I highly recommend them.

They do what they say will do, and if something comes up they call you and discuss the situation before they do it. The staff is very knowledgeable.

I've been a customer of Beckley Automotive for about twenty years. I trust the work they do to be done and to be done right. I'm never worried that they are recommending work that isn't necessary or that they are over shooting the price. I trust what they are telling me.

Beckley Automotive Services treats my car just as well as I do. Every time I bring it in, I know it's in good hands.

I have been to this place 4 times. They have been marginal at best each time. -They filled my car with the wrong coolant once. -When I had it aligned the steering wheel is not pointing straight. -The last time they stated my power steering pump was broken and wanted $1200 to replace it. I fixed it myself by tightening the hose connections.

I am confused by wdm515's review. I have been taking my Volvos and our other family vehicles to Beckley Automotive for 18 years. They have been nothing but honest, upfront and easy to work with. They have always been very professional and we've never had any issues with them. They do not do work on our cars without our permission with an upfront estimate first. We've been very pleased and are thankful to have an automotive repair facility we can trust.

Run the other way -- I've had three Volvos that Beckley Auto has touched in recent years and they are simply incompetent and highly over priced. My last car was in their shop several (5 or more) times between December and April, and they never did fix the original problem. Their diagnostics took a shot-in-the-dark approach, fixing several unnecessary components. When the problems were taken to the owner -- he simply disagreed and chose to ignore me. It was a total disaster and I'm left paying the bill. There are far better options for import service in this market. These people are arrogant and dishonest.
