I'm putting one star because zero is not an option. I called them for help and they did nothing but talk down to me condescendingly and treat me like an idiot. They were not helpful in any way and only helped to make the situation even worse for me. I will never be visiting this location again and am now considering closing all of my accounts after being a loyal customer for more than 5 years. I was actually considering applying for my car loan through BOTW but now that I've seen how terrible there phone reps are and just nasty mean they can be I will be looking for a credit union.

This bank is a bad bank I made a depost recently and they lost it. I have had nothing but problems with them for a year. I still am having probelms with them. This made me go in the hole so bad and there is no way to get out. DONT GO TO THIS BANK OR ANY OF THE OTHER BANK OF THE WEST.
