Baker Group has showed us superior service and has taken good care of my business since 1997 at least. It was easy and worth while building a relationship with Baker Group.

Now a days, HVAC systems can be complicated and I never know what to chose, but I felt very confident relying on Baker Group to help me make that decision. They are experts after all!

Baker Group's staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They worked well with the other contractors we had hired to advise on the project and they completed the job ahead of schedule.

I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work that they did. Joel, the lead person, was available and accessible from start to finish.

Without a doubt the service and care that I have received has been the best Des Moines has to offer. When it comes to your business it's nice to know that you can still find small town quality even in a city like Des Moines.

From the very beginning, The Baker Group produced a very organized plan for our heating and cooling retrofit. They evaluated our buildings and provided a step by step process to give us choices for a system which would best serve our building.
