It's been almost 3 weeks and my nails haven't chipped. I had a great experience there and the nail tech did an amazing job!

I went in asking for a gel manicure and a pedi. Not once did my technician ask me what shape I wanted for my nails and she just chose the shape herself. I get gel- manicure and pedicures all the time and never have I once paid that much money. By the time I got half way home I called them and told them how unhappy I was with my experience. My nails looked like they had been done by a 3 year old, it was very sloppy and my nails were uneven. I told them I did not have time to have them re-do my whole entire nails and toes nor did I want their services any longer. I requested that all I wanted was my money back. So I headed back the manager tried to escort me over to a chair, and I told her "no, I told you I do not have time to get them re-done, all I want is my money back. she tells me that it is against her company policy to give my money back. She pulls out and sign and shows me the policy.I requested to talk to the owner and she said that he will not be in for A MONTH! Won't go back.
