I have been stood up three times by this company, I went into their shop to get an appointment to get the glass replaced on a window. They did not come to the first appointment nor did I get a call I had to call them. I found out that they wrote my number down wrong and they did not want to do anything when it was raining. I have a three foot overhang in a protected court yard. They showed up the second time but they guy could not replace it by himself, when I told them it was a 5 ft by 6ft window they wrote down 60in. He said he would be back on Monday, Mondays appointment time comes and goes with no one showing or calling. I had to call them again, they said the helper had called out for the day and because of this I missed work in the morning. They made another appointment for the following day for between 1500 and 1600 as they had another appointment before me at 1300 that was going to last for an hour or two. 1600 roles around and no one shows or calls me so I call them again and ask if they are coming they say yes and tell me he's out on a mobile call instead of being at the appointment that was made for me. They can't reach him and they said they will call me once they reach him or not if he gets to my place first. He never comes and I never get a call, this is the worst customer service I have ever had they clearly don't appreciate their customers.
