I went in to get a key fob programmed for automatic start (unlock and lock was already activated) and the first indication that this place was horrible was when the tech named "Ronnie" was extremely rude. He was having a random conversation with another person and did not service me until I interrupted them and asked to speak to someone. Then he proceeds to tell me he will help me when his conversation is done. That should have been my red flag to leave. Then once I pay $57 dollars to get 2 fobs activated then he proceeds to tell me that my 09 Chevy Silverado doesn't have automatic start. Which I know it does because I bought it that way. I call my husband and he gets on the phone with him and asks for a refund he tells him don't bring anything back here again. The worst place I have ever gone. I will be talking to everyone about what kind of unprofessional and rude mechanics the have there. I will never return here or allow anyone I know to go to this place. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.
