Great customer service. My sales person was very helpful. We wanted the flooring installed before my husband’s birthday and it all got completed in time. I had an area that our dog ripped up & I was concerned. My sales person sent someone out right away. Thank you!

I can't begin to express how disgusted I am with the whole experience of Martin's Carpet. There idea of customer service is to ignore your requests or find loopholes in the warranty. Never again! This was a very costly mistake.
