We can always trust the people at Hertzog's. They have helped us out a numerous amount of times.

I was getting ready to leave on a trip on a Friday at about 4:30 and my brakes went to the floor they had my truck repaired and I was on the road by 9 a.m. Saturday. That's Service!!!

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI have been taking cars to Hertzog s for almost ten years. Twice I have gotten new cars during that time and would take them to the dealership for the first few months (dealerships always recommend this, of course). I quickly realize my mistake and return to Hertzog s. I have never once been talked into paying for repairs or extra services here. They always take the time to explain the issue and why it needs to be addressed -- something dealerships seem to dislike. The person you talk to is the one making the repair and not some customer service representative at a desk, who has little knowledge of the situation. There have been a few times where I needed emergency service and they have always been accommodating. I highly recommend them.

Would not go anywhere else, I was treated very well!!! The customer service I received here is amazing, they were very attentive!!!
