Excellent communication about date and time of arrival. I was able to get in touch with the office the day of the service to clarify arrival time. Once the walk through of what I wanted to be done was completed, Patrick quickly finished the job and a six year old carpet had a pile with no high traffic marks to be seen

I was first told that they had no time for me on Thursday or Friday. When we talked a little longer both days opened up. Unsure why this happened, but carpet cleaning was great and well done.

I live in a ranch house. Except family room, small foyer and hall way, every other area has wooden floor. Carpeted square area for cleaning was less than 350 square feet which was cleaned. Technician name Patrick did excellent job and carpet very well. I requested small area nylon carpet
4 ft x5 ft and was cleaned. Since, I was charged for 3 areas for maximum area of 600 sq. ft., it would have been good business practice not to charge extra $ 25, specially we utilized your service first time and would like to utilize your carpet cleaning serve for long time in future.

We had a very courteous technician this weekend. Our carpets look great and he was very respectful working around our furniture.

The technician went above and beyond. He was very efficient and a complete professional. Highly recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for good work at a reasonable price.
