Woodruff via Geoff Chatham was an economic lifesaver for me when we were trying to sell our Denver home and not succeeding at it after seven months. Usually I wouldn't trust any company which sent advertising to me, but in this case - knowing nothing about the rental market for single family homes in my neighborhood - I responded to the ad. Geoff and I worked well together as regards preparing for rental, even though I had already moved 1600 miles away. As it turned out, our house sold in those few weeks between contracting with Woodruff and when we would have begun to actually seek a tenant. The Woodruff property owners website is very simple to navigate for a computer simpleton like myself, and Geoff became a friend and remains one to this day. I think what makes Geoff uniquely special is his willingness to collaborate with the selling realtor even though in some ways they might be viewed as competitors. Bottom line - I'd choose Woodruff and Geoff again!

Woodruff property management is horrible! They won't call you back after they waste your time looking at your property. And when you call them out on it, they will ignore you because they're too busy. Stay away! Bad business practices. And I dealt with the owner too.
