I made an appointment on 6/25 ...

I made an appointment on 6/25 to see Dr. Cavanaugh on 6/28 at 6:30PM. I arrived at the office and the receptionist took my insurance card and looked me up in the computer. She tells me there's no record of my appointment. I can tell by her voice and rude manner that she is the woman I had spoken with when I made the appointment. She asks me to wait, goes into the offices, returns, hands me my card and tells me, very unapologetically, sorry we have no record of you making an appointment and we're already double-booked. Then she asks me if I want to make another appointment as if it was no inconvenience to me. West Med Family Health Care in Westminster is Completely unprofessional!

While the doctors are acceptab...

While the doctors are acceptable, the support staff is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. The supervisors need to clean house in the front office and get some professionals in there that represent the doctors better! Until that happens, I would not even consider recommending this practice.
