Like every other reviewer... Yeah they pretty much suck, and they don't care. Called again this afternoon to complain about them missing my Thursday pick up. "Customer Service" chick said there were no containers out at 4:29 when they came by... I said somebody was lying because the trash had been out since Wednesday evening and was still out there... She put me on hold and said they would pick it up today... Guess what? It is 7:00pm and it is still out there... Office is closed until Monday. The only thing worse than the service is the lack of follow-up customer service. Avoid these people if possible.

They only picked up my trash 1 time in 5 weeks!!! Ridiculous!!! I would give them 0 stars if it was possible!

Zero Stars if I could, their customer service is horrible. Managers are not around when they are required and they have no intention on doing anything to satisfy the customer. This is the worst trash company I have ever dealt with.

My name is Eldon, a disabled Navy veteran..I'm writing this review about waste connection because I am not at all happy with there service. They would take all my garbage as long as it was bagged. And in there can. I could also use my own cans,bags,yard materials grass clippings. Anything. As long as it wasn't building materials or concrete..well. What a lie. I put out my own can. Half full of grass clippings and put it out for pick up. Well.they wouldnt take it cause it wasnt bagged and too hravy for there men to pick up my can After 3 back surgery's. I dumped the can out in my driveway. And bagged it up. Put it in there can. This was so very hard on my back. But was told I had to do it. I even explained my severe back condition. They not only didn't care. promosed topick it up thursday, friday and then today monday Well. They lied again. I want out of my contract. What a way to treat a disabled Navy veteran
