It was mildly impressed with the room size, my bed was comfortable, and newish furniture. THe owner was fairly nice, and helpful, but the killer was the COCKROACHES.

Its semi clean for how old and out of date furniture is with the lumpy beds that fit right in . Not to mention the second night my rims and tires were stolen out of the back of my truck. With all the security cameras posted around the places they saw nothing.

Convenient and... that's about it.

The first night I stayed at Valli-Hi, I had chosen it for its convenience to US 36 (and from there, I-25 north and south). The toilet had a paper ring on it declaring that it had been sanitized --- and right next to the tub, there was a large dead cockroach.######On a subsequent visit, we were given a room that lacked heat, but we were given a discount for the fact (it had been a chilly night) and extra blankets to make up for it, which we found acceptable.######One should not expect a large TV, or an impeccable interior to any of their rooms (old paint, worn carpets, but everything does appear clean). However, they are very conveniently located and have very reasonable rates. Their WiFi service does leave much to be desired as despite numerous attempts at finding a signal with my laptop, only in one stay of three did we manage to connect at all.######For a quick stay, I would recommend this hotel. If you're looking for ambience... you may want to keep looking.
