A miserable experience. This company seems to be run by a few youngsters with no regard for a customer's time and convenience. After waiting an entire day for a bill of lading to be sent to me so I could ship a pallet to my customer I called their office.



I was placed on hold for 9 ½ minutes, hung up, and repeated follow-up calls were greeted with “Nina please hold” or voice mail. Finally, by dialing each extension in turn, I reached someone else who rushed through a determination of what I needed done and had Nina do it. However, in her rush to get the call cleared, the person with whom I spoke did not give me a chance to mention a required change of email address to which to send the BOL.



Although I did finally get the BOL and will ship with this company for this shipment only, in the future I would never use them. Their quote was about 5% cheaper on a $275 shipment than their nearest competitor, and quite honestly, I would have preferred to pay the extra 5% to not have had to deal with US Freight Solutions.
