This is the friendliest home depot I have ever visited. The customer service is above and beyond at this store. It is slightly smaller than other Home Depots but the staff is the best. It's also nice and bright and a bit cheerier than some of the other Home Depots in which I've shopped.

Incompetance

Clerk was too busy watching Broncos game to return my credit card and of course the manager couldn't find the clerk or my card. $600 garage door took 3 weeks to get a phone call for installation and as we speak the installers should be here in less than one minute of our two hour window installation. I have been on hold with Home Depot for 15 minutes at this time with no resolution.
