I had pre-booked a ride with supershuttle for my trip to the airport. They called me ONE minute before they were to pick me up and said they were not coming. I had no choice but to drive myself to the airport, I can only imagine what would have happened if I did not have a car. I would have probably missed my plane if I had to wait for a cab. It has been over two weeks and I have still not recieved a refund, every time I talk to the company they tell me one more week. I can not tell you how bad it has been dealing with this company. Take the bus, believe me, the bus is much more reliable!
