The hot tub in this complex has never been hot. They do not have a life guard at the pool, which means there is no supervision, that is fine for the adults, but they still close the pool in the late evening. Many adults would like to use it late at night or early in the morning and they can't. If there is no lifeguard anyway, then it shouldn't matter that there isn't one at night. It is not unlocked and free for anyone to just walk in. There is still a keypad lock on the gates for safety, but tenants can't get into it whenever they want to because they throw a chain and padlock around it after certain hours. That hot tub has never been hot. It is not hot enough to be therapeutic. Years ago, the pool had been open year round, but they stopped heating it and it is closed in the winter. As others have said, the gates are broken and not closed when they should be. The pedestrian doors do not even have doorknobs in them and no locks. The business center isn't a true business center. There is no phone line connected to the fax machine. The printers, rarely if ever work. You cannot use the common areas (T.V. lounge and refreshment area) in the main club house after 6:00pm most nights. There is a fenced in dog park, yet I see dog feces all over the place on the grass, and if there truly is a full time grounds keeper, he or she isn't cleaning up the excrement.Being talked to in a condescending manner by the management is completely unnecessary too.The laundry situation is ridiculous. You used to be able to use quarters, but now you have to put money on a card with a $5.00 minimum, and you can't put more than $30.00 on the card at a time. The washers do not release enough water into them in order to be able to wash a comforter. The washing machines technically are able to do it, but not enough water goes into the washers to do it. The comforter just sits in there and absorbs all the water and doesn't get cleaned. The least they could do is adjust one of the machines to be able to clean a comforter. You cannot place your rent check into a drop slot anymore. You have to actually walk it into the office during office hours and hand it to someone, and if there are no people available to help you, you have to stand there and wait for someone to become available. They have an online way to pay, but I don't know anyone who likes to get overdraft charges from their bank. The online way to pay your rent is severely limited.
