tami Wilson helped me so much over the text messaging communication. she really went to bat for me above and beyond in helping me get re established with my medication and insurance that I had let lapse. I don't know what I would have done without her help. Core dermatology is the best and has been from day one. if you know the heartbreak of psoriasis , let me tell you they make your life better. period.

This was my first time doing a virtual visit with a doctor, and it went really well. The process was simple, and all the technology worked smoothly. I sent pictures in via email beforehand, so there was no struggle trying to view the issues through the webcams and Dr. Frankl had time to take a look prior to the appointment. Dr. Frankl was friendly and made me feel just as comfortable as if we were in the office in person. She was thorough in her examination and gave me clear steps on how to take care of my issue. Overall, it was convenient, quick, and effective!

Dr. Frankel is always professional and a very good listener, therefore giving understandable explanations for any problems. The experience was very satisfying. Thank you!

Dr. Frankel quickly diagnosed my Rosacea and hormonal acne. Within 3 months my skin was almost completely clear. She also spotted basal cell skin cancer and was able to remove it with no pain. I'm so grateful I found her!
