Rented a PA system from this company that was defective, and received lousy customer service. Clerk claimed issue was "user error", and did not even give a second to the explanation that we had to get another system that worked fine, and the "user" was a certified tech. I will make it my business to tell everyone I know in the industry to go somewhere else.
