Called and set an appointent to have my window fixed on my house. Said he would call to let me know he was coming to measure and never called. He had said he could do this repair but had to remind him he needed to come measure before he could replace the broken glass, didn't feel good about having to remind someone how to do the job right.

I have called numerous times and no one ever answers and the mailbox is always full.
