Had some stucco work done to a building that I own last year and have recently developed some problems with the work. I have left several messages for someone to come out to look at the problem, and no one ever returns your call.

I would think twice about using this company for exterior stucco work. As I recall there was a mention that having your house stuccoed is a long lasting solution for exterior maintaince by their salesperson both at the home show and when the estimate was given at our house, 20 years or longer. If you review the contact that you sign when agreeing to have your property stuccoed there is no mention of any warranty. Less than 5 years after the job was completed on my house the stucco has cracks everywhere, and if you contact Rhino about the situation as I have tried 3 times you will never receive a call back about the situation. I have now been told by a different company as there is no way to repair the cracks, as the attempt would not match the existing stucco, and the whole house will have to be redone. Since stuccoing the house was 6 or 7 times the price of painting, I would recommend doing some research before committing to this expensive project for a short term solution.
