We recently built a house and used Pro/ RG Insulation (same company). The work was OK, but the salesman was a pain to deal with. We paid them, moved into the house, and thought everything was fine. FIVE MONTHS after moving in, we were sent to collections over a balance we didn't know anything about. When we called to discuss it, they were NOT very friendly and said "we sent you a bill". We never received a bill for the balance and they made no effort to contact us in all that time. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
