Lousy company

This outfit used to hold to customer service and respect. Now they lack in both areas. I admit late in bill but paid for them to return to pick-up and never did. So paid for nothing. Phone service is manned by condescending people.

Great drivers and nice customer service representives

Awesome company! The customer services reps are very responsive and the drivers bring the empty trash cans back to the side of the house.

Terrible

I've had this trash company for not even a year now and about 3 months ago the driver started to skip our house because there weren't enough pickups in our area and he didn't like "wasting his time" to pick ours up! Over the course of 3 months, every Thursday we had to call and complain that the driver never showed up. We were blown off just about every time. Sometimes the driver would come back and sometimes he wouldn't. Finally got ahold of Mel the manager of the place and he claimed he would take care of it, meet the driver at my house, make sure it was picked up or fire the driver. Well, I had to call Mel back for the next 2 weeks and guess who never came to the house to make sure the driver picked up? Guess who could have cared less in the first place. He even had the nerve to tell me that I needed to "give them a chance"! Right, after 3 months, I needed to give them a chance?!?! This is a typical trash company with absolutely NO customer service and won't even pick up the trash if it conflicts with their schedules!

Have used pro disposal since June 2005 have had no trouble drivers have been great I do pay my bill by the quarter have made sure payment is on time and they havereturned the same professional service to me

Great Service!

I have been using Pro Disposal for 2 years now after a larger company could not credit me for overcharging me for recycle service. We have NO complaints! The service has been 5 stars. The price is right, too.(We have since decided to recycle with our city program since it is free. )

DO NOT USE PRO DISPOSAL!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!!!!

The company has no management. The customer service team if you would call it that are uneducated, untrained and not helpful at all. They have no clue how to handle customers or how to run an effective business. They are suppose to provide a service of garbage pickup! EVEN when they do not pick up your trash they expect you to pay for a service THEY DO NOT PROVIDE! The ladies that answer the phone have their own agendas and do not care a bit about you as a CUSTOMER! THEY just want to make sure they are getting money from you. They have mis charged me on more than one occasion and they never PICK UP trash when they are suppose to. They also mix the recycling with the trash which makes it utterly pointless to recycle or pay for the extra service. TERRIBLE save your self the time money and hassle and go with someone else! BIGGEST HEADACHE!

bad customer service

Totally agree, the drivers are awesome, but customer service sucks. Once they didn't charge me, and when I asked if they could wait until my payday (which was 3 days away) to charge me, due to an emergency, they didn't and no phone call. This last time I only authorized a $35 charged and they took it upon themselves to charge me the full amount. Again no phone call to say what they were doing and when I called, the girl was rude and when I said I will find a cheaper service, she said Oh Well. Now they owe me $58 for what they charged me and no longer provide the service. Now I get no response from phone calls or emails.

These Guys Suck

These guys suck, they will change your pick up times without telling you, and then say its your fault for not having the trash out, hmmm 4:30 trash put out and they say its our fault you didn't get your trash out. And their big kicker, BAIT AND SWITCH I really wish that I would have found that first flyer I got that had a different price then what they said was their fee. That would be all the proof you would need to win a bait and switch case. And to offer senior discounts to who you wish is just wrong, I suggest that everyone in aurora and the areas that they wont give, "THE FULL SERVICE" Just quit them there are 100's of trash companies in the denver-metro area. Man if I ran my company like that don't think I would have any customers left. Oh and believe when the other reviewers say their customer service sucks because it does

Great service!

We are very pleased with this service. They are reliable and always take the trash cans away from the street. I would recommend them!

Good job at picking up but Terrible Customer Service!

These guys would be great if they would fire the girl who answers calls for their customer service. She is rude and can care less about helping you. 2 times I tried to pay on their web site and both times my payment got mysteriously lost and they claimed they had no record of it. I had to pay a late fee even though I had records of both payments when I called them back....and got a nasty attitude from their cs girl. Then we went out of town for 30 days a did not pay our bill, I called to restart service and they said although they did not come for pick up during the month we were away we still needed to pay for the full months service. If she pro-rated it would be an additional $20 along with the fee for another 3 months. The girl kept giggling as though she could care less about my frustration and when I told her I was going else where for service she laughed then too. Great way to run a business in a struggling economy Pro Disposal!

Find another trash company!

2-27-12 Today is trash pick and again they stopped putting the cans by the garage door. According to their website Meadowood no longer receives this and we were not notified. They left items in the trash can again! They also discontinued the senior discount. Tired of calling and nothing was resolved. Looking for another company - I suggest you do the same! Very disappointed!

Job Well Done (or So Far So Good)

We started our service at the end of September 2011. Well it is now the end of December 2011 and no complaints. Their service is consistant and reliable. The fact that we can pay for a full year is an added benefit as we get a discount and I don't hear my husband moan about the "fuel" surcharges that our last company charged every three months. I would recommend this company for any who like a job well done.

As far as the trash being picked up the guys do a good job but customer service tells another story. I changed to a different company for a better rate and they told me They would refund monies due me because i paid in advance, I have not received my money from this company and when I call they tell me it's beensummited to bookeeping I have been calling for months.I don't know what to do about this.

Awesome Service

This is the best company by far. They put the containers next to your garage so even in the snowiest weather all you have to do is open your garage door and vuala it's there for you. Love their service and prices. I highly recommend them! A++++

Great service!

I have had this company for years taking away my trash, tree limbs etc. A few times they were early than normal, and one of the crew rang my doorbell to ask if I had anything for them to take. In all these years they only missed me one time.Great job to everyone at Pro Disposal.Ronald..

Pleased customer

We had lived in an older neighborhood for 3 yrs. And throughout that time we're quite happy with how they took care of our trash needs. There were a couple of times, trash was picked up earlier than we managed to put out ( before 7:00 AM ) but then again we could've done it the night before; it's really wasn't their fault. Never written reviews before, but was surprised how my experience was drastically different from the reviews I read here. Also, a couple of times when I do have to call ( to reconfirm recycling dates what not... ) they were always courteous and helpful as well. Absolutely pleasant to work with!!!

Don't ever be late!

And don't pay monthly! You must pay every four months. That interval doesn't work with auto pay with my bank. I missed sending their payment this month and they cut me off. I went online and paid in full with a credit card. But they have failed to pick up my trash. So treat their bill with the utmost respect, pay every four months and not a moment sooner, and you should be OK.
