Provided by YPmobileur staff didn't offer to remake his omelet, the only they did was take the plate, take it off the ticket and left a ticket for the remaining meal my husband didn't eat anyway because my son wasn't eating. Bad costumer service was your down fall before and it doesn't seem like you learned your lesson.
