These folks are true professionals,honest and concerned about your comfort.I really appreciated how they take the time to explain the reason why you need any treatment and explain the billing

I've lived in Denver for 15years, this is the 1st time I've encountered a dentist practice that not only will I return,I highly recommend

I have never had a bad dental experience but this is my first. They pushed unnecessary services on me, tried to charge me $350 for a routine exam covered 100% by my insurance (it took 5 weeks of arguing before they finally followed through), and they kept losing my eligibility forms--I had to call my insurance and have them fax it THREE times! They also lost my medical forms my former dentist faxed to them. The staff is completely incompetent. When I went to get my exam, they injured my gums by poking them over and over with their tools. The x-ray papers were old - really large with sharp edges - and the assistant not only took 20 separate photos - making the process unnecessarily prolonged and quite painful - but also had the nerve to tell me my mouth was too small when I told her I was in pain (as if I can change the size of my mouth!). I was also shocked to find that thet didn't sterilize surfaces and re-used equipment and gloves! If I could give them 0 stars I would - stay away!

DO NOT USE PERFECT TEETH! Especially the Castle Rock branch. They will sell you a dental insurance program and then tell you one price for services and then send you bills for completely higher amounts, or give you a filling, (b/c they can't do root canals) and say 'oh I thought that might work" when really they knew you needed a root canal and they just aren't able to do them at that location, so they would rather charge you for a service they "can do" vs, refer you out and not make the money. In general the practice is revenue driven and has no concern or interest in being forthright with the clients and cover options. They tell you what you need, before they even look in your mouth.
